By accessing and using the Ridgeline Handyman website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Ridgeline Handyman provides a platform connecting users with qualified handyman professionals for home repair, maintenance, and improvement services. We facilitate service requests, scheduling, and communications between customers and service providers. We do not employ the service professionals who use our platform; they are independent contractors.

Payment for services is due in full upon completion or as otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified in the checkout process. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), is owned by Ridgeline Handyman, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIDGELINE HANDYMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Ridgeline Handyman is not responsible for the conduct, competence, or actions of any service professionals. Any disputes regarding the quality of work should be addressed directly with the service provider or through our dispute resolution process.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIDGELINE HANDYMAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ridgeline Handyman and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful or unlawful.
